Legendary Finnish criminal, the "King of Härmä" Antti Isotalo as an old man, ca. 1910 (79 yrs). Among other numerous crimes, Isotalo got finally a death sentence in 1869 for an alleged murder of a decade earlier. The sentence was changed to 12 yrs in prison for lack of sufficient evidence. In his older years, Antti Isotalo renounced his crimes and came to faith in Christ. Antti Isotalo was the other one of the famous criminal pair "Isotalo and Rannanjärvi" as they were known. They terrorized western Finland ca. 1850-1870.
